Down beside the driver's seat, alongside the levers for popping the boot and petrol cap there is a place that a key can be inserted into and alongside it is the word LOCK.Can someone tell me what happens if I insert a key and turn it please!

It's called a Valet lock.If you leave your car with some one but have valuables in the boot that youdont want anyone getting into just lock that and the boot wont open.

locks the internal boot release opener so it can't be opened unless you have the key.

You will find another keyhole up on the parcel shelf,that unlocks the backseat so you can fold it down.
