I am trying to find out how many of the Honda series of engines run counter clockwise.
So far I have found out that all K,L,R and 6 cyl engines run clockwise.
And that all G,B,D,H, E and F series run counterclockwise.
Is this correct and are there any others I have missed!

You pretty much have it covered in your first post, A, P and the diesels are the only things you've left out (and you're unlikely to see those here)
Its basically the older 3,4 and 5 cylinders that turn counter-clockwise, any V6 or modern 3, 4 goes clockwise
