diesel are never efi its probably a part fitted from a petrol model with badge.

ps all diesel are injected its why they dont have efi badges as efi stands forelectronic fuel injection. andthats what petrols are badged at.

the later model bighorns are actually efi. instead of mechanical pump. they use electronics to regulate the diesel flow etc. the ubs69 series is mechanical. up until about 1996 is the crossover year.

Quite a number of diesels are not mechanical - they are known as EFI, there are good Isuzu's & bad Isuzu's in this series however
