you can get a day fanpass from sky for $15 for sky sport 1,2,3,4 im fairly sure that bathurst is on 4. its worth a look anyway i guess http://fanpass.co.nz/channel/sky-sport-4

im pretty sure you dont have to be a sky customer the way i understand it is ya pays ya money then stream it in hd. The only reason i have sky is for the sports. I got sick of streaming crappyt quality free streams from overseas. Now i can enjoy it in hi def digital i would never go back now

You do not have to be customer or sign up to sky, to get a fan pass for a day. You just register and pay by visa. $10 for a day $15 for a week. Lots of motor racing on channel 4. I signed up for a week, on Friday night. www.fanpass.co.nz
Looks like it will be raining today for some of the Bathurst race. Shane Van Gisbergen is a great driver in rain.

This was the stream the Sandown 500 was on - direct stream of BT Sport 1. Im presuming Bathurst will be on it too.
The quality is not brilliant, but OK if you just want to check in for short looks

I'm watching on the v8 supercar site. Voice synch is way out, have tried re starting video. Is this only on v8 site or is sky streaming like this? Go kiwis.
I can't get the flipping fanpass thing to work. I paid for it a couple of days ago but no luck trying to view it through their web page. Never mind that's $15.00 wasted and it's nearly over now.

the fanpass thing has been freezing on me all day, rung sky they said nothing they can do and to email fan pass live chat - this is the reply I got: Thank you for contacting us. Just got an email back from support, they are blaming my browser cache, there is nothing in my browser cache, it's a new tv, I haven't used the internet on it for anything other than today's race. I am now awaiting another reply.
