Honda civic hatchback. Cam belt 100,00 km is that the recommended time to replaced? Don't know if its a chain?

What sized engine? Pretty sure Hondas with belts are every 7 years so if it is the original it is well overdue.

Cambelt, tensioner, bearings and waterpump every 100,000k or 5 years, good insurance

And most of those parts (except maybe the correct belt) can be sourced from after market suppliers.
