say my name. In my opinion those two vehicles do not directly compete with one another. The Zio is a luxury 5 seater wagon which can take 2 extra people at a squeeze. The Odyssey is a people mover. I know that doesn't help you at all Im sorry. Comfort wise I definitely prefer the Zio for 4 or 5 passengers. As soon as the vehicle was regularly being used as a 6 or 7 seater then of the two choices I would pick the odyssey. UM that said -I have to note as a people mover I feel there are better options.--but that's my personal opinion.

My situation is, i have a partner, 2 children and a dog . I want a car that has the option to carry extra passengers and have extra space for kids bikes ect when taking just my own kids out. I don't really want a big van like people mover.

Well both options are the bigger end of the "station wagon" shape people movers. I'd think a Honda stream (new shape 06/07) or a Toyota wish might be a better option. Funnillly enough the "best" option as a town people mover IMO is the Toyots Sienta. Good economy and really tickes all your boxes--except for looks.
