How often shall you change the oil on a 50cc scooter? any answers would be great. Thanks

If its a chinese one fairly often I'd say. those 4 stroke motors work pretty hard. No doubt they hold maybe only a litre or so, so a pack of quality oil would last a while.Just need to check what grade it's supposed to run.

Every 6 months. Bugger all oil in them.
