I have a 2004 Ford Courier that I want to fit some LED running lights, wired up so they are on when the vehicle is running.
Where is the best place under the bonnet to connect to? I notice the fuse block has markings for ignition switch position 1 & 2 . Is there any reason that one of these shouldnt be used?

Just poke around in the fuse block with your digital tester til you find one that comes on with the key. then earth it back through the park light positive so it goes off when you turn the lights on.

The wiper motor is under the bonnet. look there for a circuit that livens with the key, but wont leave you stranded if you blow a fuse.
