Traffic offence notice.

Anyone know if details on an offence notice are incorrect, ie, contact phone number, invalidates the ticket.

The time, place, and the alleged offence or anything relating to it need to be correct.

Double jeopardy if you have supplied misleading information.

Well - if all people and firms were honest and straight forward - I am sure the costs would fall.
