Im planning on having a few drinks at a mates place not far from where i live, i dont want to drive home but would rather ride my bike. Can the police pull me over on a push bike and do me for D.I.C!

if its got wheels or legs yep Im sure they can. You are opperating a wheeled item while drunk on public roads etc. Unless theres been a change.

I think that if you are causing a hazard by swerving all over the road they might hassle you, but what are they going to do! They can't demand to see your license.
