Was driving last night & listening to music.

The stacker went to change CD and it stopped with a error"E3".
Now have cd's out after taking it apart.

Put it all back together, still has the same error.
Where/who would fix a stacker or am I better just remove replace with MP3 headunit!Or can use the stacker line to plug a MP3 player upto the headunit!

Whats your thought!Thanks for looking.

Yeah, that is what I am thinking too.

Am wondering IF can change the config on the stacker cable to get the MP3 player working.

Have found it on FORD,have panasonic gear.

If you can put in a standard DIN head unit, I'd ditch the stacker and get one that takes SD cards, and a several gig SD card.Plenty for sale here on Trademe.

Sony has a model that you plug a usb stick into as well as std cd and it also has wiring to control an ipod from the head unit but my car is not here to tell you the model. Its a few years old now but all in all it is a great unit. I got it after my stacker packed up as well.
