As many as you want if there not fair paying passangers. I think.

No idea then again have a Passenger Endorsement plus class 2 and 4 so really not something I need to know.
However my understanding is that if the vehicle is not a class 2 then as many seats as the vehicle can carry provided they are not fare paying passengers. There is no set limit from what I can tell.

I expect you would also run foul if the driver was paid even if the passengers didn't pay (eg paid to run a free shuttle).Certainly that's the case in aviation but I don't know for sure about driving.
Now here's an interesting thought experiment, lets say you have a big event, held on a large area of private land.Would any "shuttle" you ran about that public event on private land need to have. a) A passenger licence b) A drivers licence licence suitable the class of vehicle c) A road legal vehicle d) A drivers licence at all

Depends on how many the vehicle can carry within the legal passenger limits for THAT domestic vehicle. Commercial limits are an entirely different matter, but still linked to seats/belts etc

Lets put it this way!Aftaer a discussion with a CVIU cop the other week I would really er on the side of caution and not take for granted what I have been told about exclusions. This CVIU officer informed me I did not need to use a Logbook for what I was doing which is contrey to what we had already been told and the exclusion did not apply. Now you got two choices follow his instruction and get Bolloxed or Do what you dont need to do to cover your arse even if that dont apply to you.Given the running without a Logbook is a more severe penalty than any minor motoring offence which would you really do!But I guess I would get some one saying to fight in court which is more dumber.

Might be good if the OP explains what they are thinking of driving before we draw anymore conclussions!

You could drive a small Minibus e.g. Transit Van with a car licence and I think they hold about 9-10 people.

What log book exemption were you under the impression you had. Be interested to know if they had pointed you in the right direction.
