Towing A frame what are the rules! do you need someone in the towed vehicle! The tow frame I looked at has chainaround wish bone.what about brake lights and indicators

The towed vehicle effectively becomes a four wheel trailer. So the steering wheel lock would need to be disengaged and you need brake lights/indicators to work off the towing vehicle. Then there will be issues with the weights and breaking capacities of the two vehicles. The towed vehicle could push you off a corner if you're not careful.
