Has anyone bought or had experience with this brand! It is sold at the warehouse and comes with a warranty but have never heard of it and was wondering what the products are like.
Thanks

They have been around a long time. I have had a massive system of theirs in the past (16 years ago), under the JUNI Brand. I found their amps very good, and 6x9's also very strong. They were good value for money, I spent about $6k building an amazing system that got stolen. I don't know what they are like today, but cheaper end of the range. In any case, a warranty is a warranty, make use of it. Fish

Yes we have one , its OK for $80. No cd player just has a socket to put your ipod in and radio. We have had her one for 1 year , no worries so far :-) The stereo in my car looks alot flasher but it is crap , i would rather the american hifi one.

I got one installed after being told the guts of it were exactly the same as a shit-hot brand, made in same factory just different badges (I reckon the mark-up was bigger, thats all). Next day took it back, reception was crap & tinny sound. sounded like something I had my Escort 20 years ago

You get what you pay for. Personally, I wouldn't even use one as a paperweight.

Second this one. andrea_w knows car audio too.
My experience with them is that they're a cheap, low quality brand product that will do the job but not very well. Mate had a pair of 4" speakers of theirs, sounded garbage, and their headunits are nothing to write home about.
You get what you pay for mate ;)

The guy told me the same thing as above. Igot a head unit about10 years ago. It was ok, but nothing special, but the price was good conpaired to what the others were at the time. Lots of cheap ones at Repco, Supercheapetc. Most have them set up so you can hear them as well.

I have the cheapest one in my truck.I like the sd card for music.
It's not a loud sound system ,but it works fine for $80 .
Find anther stearo under $100 that has a sd card slot!.
Like they say. use good speaker's.

You don't need to spend a fortune on a head unit. but then, I would FAR rather wait for a good Sony or Pioneer one to appear on sale for something like $160 at Repco or SC, than go with some no-name from the warehouse. You don't get what you don't pay for.
If you want good sound, spend as much as you possibly can on the speakers!

You got ripped off.Repco have themfor$69. USB/SD/AUX. 25Wx 4 (no CD player,but only 70mmdepth.(Automedia)

a sound system is only ever as good as its worst component. Ie shit headunit putting out shit sound, no matter how flash your speakers are.

I got a JVC yesterday at Supercheap in their current Bathurst sale. It was a real good deal they had other models but wanted the JVC. Might be worth a look at what they have as they are mainstream brands and similar prices for some items.

I went to ripco , before I brought it, and they laughed and said you carn't get a SD card reader in a head unit. I also have a top of the line Alpine sitting in the shed, but I didnt want cd's in the truck.
the wharehouse one is about 70mm as well. its probley the same unit diffrent name.LOL.

USB connectors are much more common and arguably more convenient
