thru my car stereo system.Is the quality of sound reasonable!Any problems with them - I see some only work with certain frequencies so may not be suitable for an import.

Results seem to vary with the FM modulators.Some people report that they're OK, others not so much.I've yet to hear one that was any good.

They are ALL crap. Freqeuncy loss is the main problem, snares and hit hats that sound all sandy and crap aint my cup of tea. Those transmitters are $10 - $30, more for a branded on like Belkin etc. Spend a little more and just get a mp3/cd player. The panasonic units start at $99 from norman ross / harvey norman.

Presume you mean "high hats" but not sure how they can sound sandy!
