Dam, speaking of which how is the 121 morrisman1!

mugenb20b, Jun 6, 4:32pm
OK, why did you bump an old thread!

johnf_456, Jun 6, 4:37pm
Because scotty20001was here but hes gone again

mugenb20b, Jun 6, 4:41pm
Yes, many moons ago. I think he got a permanent ban. Anyway, you have a question for morrisman1, what's that got to do with Scotty!

johnf_456, Jun 6, 4:45pm
He came back under a different name you missed it but hes gone again. See above for morrisman1

trdbzr, Jun 6, 4:58pm
mals69 was the name

the 121 hasnt seen action since april, the season is over. The to-do list over the off season in between working on the Pulsar includes making some camber plates so that I can get rid of some camber. This will make steering sharper and also improve traction. Id like to get it closer to neutral if I can, but I don't know if that will be possible. Ill allow for adjustment to neutral but whether the driveshafts allow that much I am not sure yet. Can only but try. Ill have sticky rubber on it also which will help. If camber fixed and rubber is still not enough then I might look at shimming diff real tight or installing a transarc® locker.

Also need to sort the handbrake, it keeps adjusting itself backwards and then it doesn't work very well.

If I am happy with it after that then I might even put a perspex rear door so that I can see lower down. when reversing.

Oh nice bud, sounds like its coming along well. Unlike my Camaro which just sits their, its too cold to be out in the shed.

a.woodrow, Jun 6, 9:11pm
he came back today as wh_statesman, raged in a honda crv thread then was banned again

johnf_456, Jun 6, 9:16pm
Yep he was gone by the time people realized he was around.

Street car drags are on Friday night, im not sure if that means you can take your race car there or not but either way, im still waiting scotty.

sifty, Nov 17, 6:25am
I think we'd all like to see the awesomeness.

attitudedesignz, Nov 17, 7:03am
I wouldn't bother mate, he's been called out so many times it's not funny.

sw20, Nov 17, 7:30am
Yup $45 gets you in the gate and racing. Gates open around 5pm, just need reg, wof, helmet, closed shoes, pants and long sleeved top. Burnouts after the racing.

morrisman1, Nov 17, 8:18am
we might even be able to get a thai accord for him to race, although it would be pointless, the honda would whip some commodore arse

scotty20001, Nov 17, 1:38pm
i am in Australia as of tonight! as i have explained many times before rice boy, but as i have also explained i will be at the December ones, because i want to run it down the strip and get a time, (though i might be bringing some parts back with me from Aussie) can you rice boys not read or something!

scotty20001, Nov 17, 1:39pm
hahahahahahahaha spitting tacks laughing now, the 3rd world built heap of shit will fall apart before it even reaches the end of the drag strip.

craig04, Nov 17, 2:47pm
It might pay to let them know in advance that you'll be there. They may need to dust off the sundial for your time.

bellky, Nov 17, 2:49pm
lol^^

richardmayes, Nov 17, 2:58pm
Oh so THAT'S what the idea of a drag strip is!

And judging by some of the cars on this site, I reckon Scotty should be solidly into the 14s.

I don't see Holdens anywhere near the top of the list of most reliable cars, only these so called '3rd world' cars like Toyotas and Honda's.

Y'all be mad

scotty20001, Nov 17, 3:25pm
the funny thing is you think i give a shit

scotty20001, Nov 17, 3:26pm
do you think your heap of junk can do better mayes! by all means bring it down if it makes it past Picton that is! you truly are "special" arnt ya mayes!

lugee, Nov 17, 3:27pm
Yeah, you mad.

scotty20001, Nov 17, 3:29pm
have you replaced your heap of shit laser with a pruis yet! maybe run one of them down the strip considering you think they are "nice little cars" it really says a lot about your taste in automotive, i suppose you like NZ Pure as well do you!
