I just called into a yard. I was calling on behalf of a lady freind who 'definitely bought a car from him' To say I was agro would be an understatement It seems my freind had bought a car from "them' 6 months ago and it had mud and snow tyres which had just failed a WOF. 5 minutes of calling them all sorts of names the politest being "rip off" They tried 6 times to tell me, we NEVER retail sell cars with snow tyres on but that diddn't stop my ranting and raving. They tried to tell me that unfortunately mud/snow tyres are legal and boy did I ramp up the agression. FINALLY I gave them the registration number of the car. Nope they hadn't sold that car. it was their competition from down the road. I carried on calling them names as I stomped out of the yard. Ya just can't please some people
