Can anyone suggest where I can get a fibreglass panel made.Basically a flat piece about 1000 x 400mm to replace a rusted out piece on a Holden Combo van. I am in Devonport so am looking for someone in Auckland, or better still on the North Shore.

Most fibreglass factories will have pieces already made, we throw away cutouts that size but we're in west Auckland.

Rob_man - maybe I can reduce your wastage pile - just a little! At 1m x .4m that is very useful for people like me!
The easy way otherwise is to release wax an old sheet of formica/melamine board and simple lay up the mat and resin!

I have a few bits in the rafters of my garage you can have if you want them. Some decent sized flat sheets from a reject camper shower stall that I cut up.
