Full deposit has been paid. Thanks. I got no receipt or anything after paying. Dealer has ONLY said that attachments were done! Never sighted it. Anyway Deposit was rightly paid backed. Thanks to lawyers and not just options huh

Funny how the story changed to suit you. And they call us dealers scum bags. I would have made you spend money at your lawyers before I gave your money back, just before court.
That dealer trusted you, by not signing anything, no wonder we are so cynical toward the general public.

I bet you would of jumped up and down if you had not found another car cheaper and the dealer sold the one you put a 'hold' on, I so hope your $6k cheaper car gives you nothing but trouble.

Wow - I bet OP wishes they didn't start this thread looking for validation for their immoral stand.

And I bet that dealer hesitates to do anyone a favour going forward without all the paperwork in place. Which, funnily enough, will probably have someone on here bleating about how the dealer wouldn't fit any extras until they'd paid and they couldn't get their new car for a few days.
