Hi bike lovers. So i am going to list my KLX300. I cannot recall what year it is. There would be a code or a reference somewhere. Does anyone know what or where this may be!

Just do what everyone else does, take a guess and call it two years newer than that.
dial in the vin number and it should pick up the details
klx! not klxr, klx was usually rego'd for road, try carjam with the plate number

i sold a bike once and mis represented the year (accidently I hasten to add) so I offered the guy a refund of around half. It hurt so I want to get it right.

there should be aplate on the steering stem

Either that or it's stamped into the steering head.last 2 digits may be the year of make.

should be a tag up by frame where fork bearings are, a pic might help
