My mates fathers 1981 Rolls Silver Spirit stopped on the side of the road several times with the bonnet up when it 'failed to proceed'. Cool car though!

I think if I was to buy a roller I'd want it as close to original as possible. Like everyone says, it wouldn't be a daily runner, just a special for personal enjoyment. That said, it would most likely be a money pit, like most old things, be they cars or women.

when I get mine it's going to have hubcaps removed, steel rims painted matt black, and exhaust re-routed to exit ahead of each rear wheel [with only one small muffler each side]. Then it will be driven around at no more than 60km/h

We had fun in mates roller ,had a party inside it , booze over the seatsstink of joint in it ,even took it into a paddock & did wheelies .Pissed as.

Did anyone see the Roller at Manfield a few years ago, Man he was really giving the crowd a good show, smoking up the tyres out of the corners. Was it a Doctor from memory!
