Chev head bolts

Ok fella's who stocks them!, done a bit of digging around online and cant find anything local, could i just use Cap screws instead seeing as they are high tensile!, Just havnt got that step on them like the originals, thought the locating dowels would hold it in place once torqued down, Thoughts!, also things like rings/bearings who is the best supplier of them!, dont want to go through a local outfit as they will probably add 20-30% to the price. Is STA Parts a good place to look 1st!, cheers

Try Charlton Auto Imports in Gore,(03) 208 9480, Woodsy has been importing US parts and cars for40 years or more and has good stocks of new and secondhand parts for most motors. Good genuine guy to deal with.

STA or Seges, my ARP big block head bolt set was $160 I think.

looked at sta parts and couldnt find a set of bolts for a SBC found the BBC ones as you mention. Rather use STA than Sedgy's, better price at STA and since they have a long term rift they are good to play off against one another lol

My ones are $154.00 for the early motors 67 to 69
