Anyone know how to polish up external polycarbonate headlamp lens . Tried cutting compound to no avail.

ELBOW GREASE. Cutting compound, NOT polish or cut & polish Brasso or silver polish = metal cutting polish Jiff Light use of a wet soapy steelo pad & polish after that

Call at your local spraypainter and ask them to run a buffing machine over them, should only take a couple of minutes.

Brasso works well
