Yes it will fit. You will need gearbox, ecu, mounts etc etc etc.and plenty of money.

Why,that would be a step backwards,go from a chain drive engine to a cam belt engine.A 1zz-fe or a 2zz-ge would make far more sense.

Why would that be a step backwards! What's the big problem with a belt driven engine! 2ZZ-GE is a good upgrade, 1ZZ-FE is under powered and more expensive than a 20v 4AGE. Personally, if going for a 4A, I would be choosing the 4AGZE for the increased strength and torque. Or.just find a factory TRD turbo kitted RS Vitz.

If I was to turbo the RS what would be involved $$ wise and engine wise.

There'd be little point. As posted above, go buy the turbo car.
If you want to throw away a lot of money on an FF Toyota shopping trolley then find yourself 2ZZ-GZE like Lotus use or "do it on the cheap" with a 3SGTE - might as well make it worth your while and put the biggest thing you can in there.

At minimum: Small turbo, intercooler, new bonnet, plumbing, computer, manifold. dyno tuning.
And then you might as well:
exhaust, intake, gearbox, wheels, pistons.
And you'd probably want:
Brakes and rotors.
You also need certs for everything.
And by the time it was all said and done you'd have a sub 200hp car that ran the 1/4 in 14 seconds and topped out at 170k's.
But cost about as much as a decent Porsche.
