what engine EJ20, EJ22, EJ25, Turbo, Non Turbo! what year!Some run multi layer steel head gaskets which are expensive others graphite which are less expensive.

dunno I do know that its a twin turbo If that helps an its a right hand drive. I know im not helpful, im a girlie girl so I know nothing about cars other then it would make my partner really happy to get his fixed

You will need two because it would be false economy to do just one. The gasket is probably the cheap part, replacing them and all the other stuff that is buggered will cost lots lots more.

That's an awesome idea for a Valentines gift though.

Can't Repco tell from the rego number what the engine is, and therefore what gaskets it needs!

I would bank on around 2k from memory to do both head gaskets. Thats what I was told a while ago when I looked at buying one.

Buy a Differant NON twin turbo model of Suby for him, it being a twin turbo and most likley open decked block is the reason why it shat its head gaskets so dont fix it, or you will be spending the same amount of money sooner or later because of the same problem, so buy him another Suby, single turbo or less
