looking at buying a 2005 imprezza, done 122,000 ks, its the 2wd hatch, 1500cc, are they anygood, we realise they are a bit under powered but can live with that, chreers in advance

I had the 2.5 litre non turbo Imprezza, awesome handling car and a little bit thirsty. Only reason i sold it, was because i got too fat to fit comfortably in the Jamex seats

OK if its got a good service history, be careful if it hasn't.While its not as critical as a larger engine turbo version, still give it a good going over before buying.It sounds really cliched I know but with Subarus always buy the newest lowest km example of the model you want to buy with the best level of maintenance possible, examples over 10yo/150k have always been a bit of a lottery.
