Yes it's that time again, Superstock Team Champs. So who is going! and which team will you be supporting! Even though our profile states Wellington (since there is no Wellington Superstock team), our family support the Palmerston North Panthers.
All arguments are fair in here but no name calling.

Ill be there both nights! Will be Palmy Panthers, British Lions, Nelson Tigers final at a guess and I would say Panthers will come out on top! But then again never bet your life on it as its teams racing and anything can happen!

Yep, I'm attending both nights too. Have done for a few years now. Never been a specific team supporter but just enjoy the atmosphere and of course the racing.ooops I mean carnage.legalised road rage, only type in the world lol. Got to admit though the Metalman Christchurch Glen Eagles look strong this season.
We will be there supporting the mighty Rotorua Rebels! But big ups to all the drivers who put their cars and bodys on the line. The speedway version of 7s, cant wait.

We kind of have to support a couple of teams, Mustangs because a family member races for them. Rotorua because that is where some of our family are (even though originally from gasp Nelson booooooo lol). But deep down in the heart, our support will always lay with the mighty Palmerston North Panthers. And I'll just win the argument right now for all of you hahahahaha they are the best team.

just had a look at speedbox, track rather wet from the rain and they have Helicopters in there at the moment giving the track a BJ. Looks like the teams will have to revise tactics since the track will be so heavy, wont suit the cars that like to run, so hopefully should be some carnage for qualifying tonight.

track slicked off pretty quick, quite a bit of contact and only 2 rollovers all night top 4 teams in Qualifying are 1. Nelson Tigers 2. Palmerston North Panthers 3. Wanganui Warriors 4. Stratford Scrappers Should make a good finals night Saturday

zephyr is correct.both rollovers caused by dion mooney within half a lap of each other!then attempted to shorten another kihikihi car on the next lap.lol.mooney was definatley my "man of the match" GO THE PANTHERS

Have to say Scrappers may have easier heat on paper against Tigers. Wanted Warriors or Hawkeyes to win if Scrappers not in finals,now go Scrappers,hopefully they race as well tonight.

watched first night on speedbox.was a pretty good coverage. 1st time in 10 years i couldnt make it. and now will have a hole in my t shirt collection.damn it. introduced a couple of ozzies into some real racing.lol

scrappers biggest mistake was making the finals when the panthers had something to prove.talk about annihilation!2nd night was awesome all races were real battles and all teams can hold their heads high.some huge hits.
