I would hazard a guess that he wants to sell it to the person who will own/drive it.Like an old-school personal touch thing.Or whatever.

Nah its self evident that the seller wants to downgrade and wants cash his way, only its being said in a round about way.

I've seen a few of his listings - they always seem very dodgy.I asked him if he was a dealer himself and he tried to convince me this was a one off sale and he wasn't.Since then he's listed about 8 cars, and he was already almost hitting the limit for private sales before needing to register based on trademe feedback alone (without allowing for classifieds obviously).I reported him at the time and nothing seemed to come of it, but maybe someting would happen now, if someone could bother.
Since the public registrations are closed, you must have an invite from a current member to be able to register and post in this thread.
