1999 2.4 audi I've done the front end.Water pump, thermostat belts and tensioner s.The water pump was seized (plastic)Put it all back together with new parts. Filled with water and bleed the system and took for a drive.All good, no over heating, heater works etc.But as soon as you stop and sit for about 30 seconds the water in the header tank rises and goes out the over flow.You take the cap off and it sucks it all down by about 1/2 to a litre of water.It does this every time.Theres no excess pressure in the hoses and I replaced the cap a while ago so that should still be ok. It shows no signs of a gasket although i dropped it to my local for a tk test this morning. Theres no excess pressure, it starts without condensation, or rough start.No bubbles in the water and doesnt get hot (over 90 on the gauge)
