yep Anthony did it,i don't think Tonys' fat ass would fit in that new rail of theirs. when Garth Hogan had the record it was with a nitro superchaged engine, Marsh took it with just an injected nitro engine. things have come a long way over the years & this just proves that the swamp can run fast cars, those that can't get it together either can't drive or can't tune their chassis's to put the power down. History was made today.

I I understood at the time(as a sponsor ) the owners got pissed off with small groupdrivers moaning but not doing anything constructive so pulled the plug & sold the land , had plenty of time to meet &figure out differences .But congrats toMarsh teamIs it officialiedid he back it up or just the 1 run !

I don't think it qualifies as the actual NZ Speed Record from just one run in one direction. Must be the drag racing record.
