im wanting to put new roof on small box trailer, is sheet steel what i should be using and what should i expect to pay for a sheet of that. thanks.

1.2mm Zintex is probably a good thing to consider. I don't remember how expensive it is, but it isn't horrifying

oh and you dont need the panel to be that thick, all the trailers i have done like this i used .55 guage sheet metal at a fraction of the cost of that aluminium

what a load of shite,go for the thicker staff mate,that .55 will just vibrate around on your roof, theres not much diff in price, that zinctec is cheap as chips,is there supports for the sheetmetal to fix to, also i would silicone down the sheet to stop rattling, also put a cross break in the sheet to stiffen it , i have never made a trailer out of .55,far to thin and dents to easy
