If they ( the govt ) were serious about emmisions then every vehicle registered for the first time after the introduction of the rule in 2008 would have to have a test at every wof to make sure they stay under their ( the govt ) guideline.IMO.

Yep getting tighter every year to get a better vehicle. Whats out there isgetting dearer for the better vehicles & whats left of the older vehicles is getting much harder to find in reasonable condition & THEIR prices are on the up

my bro said he will be down sizing his yard in petonenexted yr.cars will cost.$3000 more to bring into nz .he also said there is a shortage of used cars coming out of japan after the earthquake.
