they look like airbags that fit within your springs and can be filled with air to assist the springs when carrying heavy loads.
looks to me like a pretty simple yet revolutionary product
anyone know if they need to be certified!

I have imported some of these myself pretty good hold a bit of weight thats if they are the pump up ones.
