ok driving normal, reversing normal, then outa nowhere i have no reverse, not going into gear at all, all other gears are fine, help!! no crunching just wont go in, very confusd, got new clutch about 2 months ago, any ideas!

A few possible causes, none of them hugely serious I wouldnt think, particularly if it has been performing without trouble leading up to this. If you want to join the 300zx forums in NZ I think it requires a new zealand email address i.e. not a hotmail or gmail type thing. Get yourself on there and PM Mungyz.there is bugger all he doesn't know about these.
with the "no crunching" statement id imagine that its manual

Hey I think you have a problem with linkage,, bush,, or selector in the gearbox. If the gear leaver comes straight out of the box, dissassemble it and see if theres any sort of a bush like aliminium or nylon that could be worn,, failing that it may be in the selectors in the gearbox,, some gearboxs the linkages go in the side, so you take of the linkage and the plate on the side of the gearbox and check that out.
