They just stay solid. Both front and back working .What should I look at first. Putting the jigsaw back together at the moment. and confusing me. Cheers

Not totally sure on your model, but I would think it will be up under dash somewhere, probably around steering column or radio. It will be a round cylinder shaped thing. Maybe try giving it a tap. It might start it working again.

On my old VF it was mounted on the right guard, under the bonnet (box about 1x1x1 inch). Lights stopped flashing once, and it turned out to be the body of the flasher separating from the base, so it wasn't grounded properly. But that car had been badly abused, so no idea if that was the normal location.
