flywheel and pressure plate be worth to buy! if i can find one

I'm pretty sure a 3.5 Landrover/Rangerover is the same. There are a few around. I bought a freshly skimmed flywheel with no clutch for $150 about six years ago.

The PCD of the crankshaft bolts is different, and the mounting flange could be larger. But you can machine the flywheel and drill new holes inbetween the existing holes of the Rover flywheel everything else is the same. Have done it a few years ago,[thats why l cant be more specific] for an offroad jeep with a P76 transplant and it is still going fine.

i am putting motor into a offroader, a p76 came out of it but didn't get the motor with it

The one l did was mated to a Range Rover gearbox and all the standard clutch/pressure plate etc just bolted up once the flywheel was fitted but i think the pilot bush in the end of the crank had to be changed to suit the gearbox input shaft.

the spigot bearing and engine mounts should bethe only things that i need to change before i drop it into pajero,

Roadkill, why do you have to change the mounts if your pajero already had a P76 in it! Jaydee is right with the PCD on the flywheel, Rover flywheels are better as is the pressure plate (p76 only has three bolts standard) expect to pay $150-250 for a p76 Flywheel. Do you run the pajero clutch plate!

mounts are different to rover and p76, they came with the truck and yes pajero clutch plate and gearbox
