solar showers work great.$10 from the warehouse.
If you want a house shower you will need a Good pump $300 a good battery $250.Gas califont$500 Plumbing $200. be4 you even start with the cost of the shower. Then you need holding tanks for grey water and fresh water.
All up best part of $2500.

makes the ware house shower look good A!

sorbus, Feb 18, 4:44pm
yes it does for now

thejazzpianoma, Feb 18, 5:14pm
If you don't mind showering when the engine is warm you can use a system that runs off the engines cooling system for a fraction of that, and every bit as good so long as the engine is warm and running.

If you want to go cheaper again for about $40 you can get an electric 12v shower, you just boil the jug, throw that in a bucket with some cold water and drop the feeder hose in. You can also use one of those to make your own version of the commercial one described above.

yep a heat exchange people on boats use it.Works well But still costs Big bucks

greghale, Feb 18, 5:23pm
Yep i have used one of them too. They work well. You can pump out of your solar shower bag too.

thejazzpianoma, Feb 18, 5:29pm

Heres the first one from google, have seen other brands here in past for a bit less than that in NZD (Just under $400 NZ). Of course, you can always make your own too.

Heat up the water and put it in a pump up garden sprayer.

petermcg, Feb 18, 8:36pm
why not just pick up a small fiberglass shower from your local plumbing shop

greghale, Feb 18, 8:56pm
petermcg Have you not read the thread!/!

petermcg, Feb 19, 9:08am
Yes Greg I did read the thread. I just read it again slowly, in case someone had already suggested that, but no!When I build motorhomes I use kitset kitchen modules from placemakers and fiberglass shower enclosures from plumbing world, the 750 x 900 works a treat and can be purchased as a two peice item, so you can actually get it in through the door of the motorhome, you might also need a toilet, but hang on Ill go read it again first.
