Mini Cooper 998cc MG 1100 - bought and sold within a week - still had the Mini Woodsman's axe - kept the 998cc engine, bought another shell or two. 1293cc Rally prepped Cooper S - couldn't sell the 998cc, so had to sell it again.Sob, sob. Wolseley Hornet MK2 - fitted the 998cc Cooper engine! Bought 1293cc Engine 1981, put that in the Hornet. (Still have the engine.) Austin Allegro 1750cc Equipe - brought to NZ along with the running gear from the Hornet. Riley Elf x 2 (Have you noticed a common thread here yet!) MG Montego Efi x 2 1970 Marcos Volvo 3 litre- first rear wheel drive car - still have it MG Montego Turbo Rover 420 GSi Land Rover Freelander 1800cc petrol Honda 250cc MGB x 2 MG ZA Magnette- project getting close Land Rover Freelander TD4 diesel x 2
Apart from the bikes and the Marcos, every other car has been a product of the BMC/Leyland/Rover group.I haven't counted the wives' cars.
Not a lot of vehicles compared to some on here - and that is from 1967.
