Change of owership online.

Is it possible for both seller and buyer to complete this online.
Or if selling a vehicle, is it easier to just go on down to the p.o / vtnzwith the buyer in tow and do the change over!.

You only need the buyers details in either case. But as the seller you should only release the car one change is done to prtect yourself.

Ya no problem. If the seller sees the buyer complete their part and sees the confirmation, there's not really any point in them doing the MR13A.

I just wright down the particulars ie; time of sale, milage at time of sale, take a pik if you can and get the buyer to sign for it with this information and off he can go with his/her new purchase, haven't had to test legallity of it yet .
