i changed the anti freeze on my 4wd last nite. got home to day 4 breakfastand my truck is now leaking anti freeze out off water pump and all the gaskets.

Could try some Wynns stop leak on it.But once its in, don't open the radiator cap to check, just check externally, otherwise it will destroy the seals all over again.The issue is that anti freeze seaches out and weak links in the cooling system and eats away at it.Its one of the buggers about anti freeze.

Vehicle HAD antifreze in it. af was changed -Now its leaking. Given it already had AF I suspect coincidence or overfilling

Old glycol vs new glycol. Very different animals.
Besides, the cooling system can only reach a maximum pressure based on the cap. If you overfill it goes unrestricted out the overflow on the reservoir, not the water pump.

typical 2 do that when new antifreeze is put in, i got a car with just water and done the change and after a few days the radiator was leaking, just eats anything that is worn out really and its also thiner then water i herd

Yeap been there, done that, I think the new stuff cleaned out the system and found a weak seal in the water pump.
Just like new oil finding leaks if the old stuff hasnt been changed in 100,000km
