and naturally you not responsible for the shit going down in his life outside the board that may have effected his responses too, but most posters would have had the prowess to recognise he is suffering and cut him some slack
but hey giggle on at your great comedy, self created and totally selfish but obviously of great merriment to you, I know I'm laughing, can you guess at who

Don't post much, but always found jazz to be a knowledgable, helpful bloke with no hidden agenda.

berg, Jan 8, 7:39pm
Lol, that was a blow up and a half. While I don't always agree with jaz on the euro debate I respect the fact he has an opinion.

modie61, Jan 8, 7:48pm
Same here, makes you think a bit, some of the things he says. He will be back,i hope.
No work today berg !

berg, Jan 8, 7:52pm
Enjoying four weeks off. Had accumulated far to many hours leave due to call out stuff and not taking holidays so decided to take a reasonable break over Xmas.

modie61, Jan 8, 7:54pm
Nice. Have you seen my thread on police rims ! Can you help !

berg, Jan 8, 7:59pm
Saw that but not sure they are too different. I remember back in the old days of mechanicing for Holden some of the rims came specially from Aus and were heavier steel than the originals. Pretty sure the current ones are just standard though. A lot of the new cars coming through are retaining the alloys anyway now.

berg, Jan 8, 8:00pm
Will do a bit more of a dig when back at work next week.

I like you Jazz. I think you're one of the good guys, and I do hope your back soon.
Since you bought the topic up, its nice that your passionate about something but I think you need to realise that not every body shares your passion for european cars.
Calling people ignorant, arm chair drivers, foolish, and amoebas just because they dont share your views isnt going to endear you to them.
Even I as much as I like you, find myself rolling my eyes at times to some of your comments. Trying to convince me that a 2L VW diesel was superior for towing thanmuch larger c.i engines just had me wondering if you were in fantasy land.
It is nice that your passionate about the types of cars that you love, but personally I think if you chilled a little on your beliefs and didnt try to ram them down every one's throats, and backed off the name calling, I think you would find people a lot more receptive to you and your views.
Anyway, my thoughts for what they are worth. Hope you are back soon.
cheers Jazz.

While I dont always agree with him with the whole euro thing and anything japanese is rubbish. Then the whole anti police and ramming in down peoples throats.I respect him for his unquieness, we are all allowed an opinion without someone victimising you in the process. Keep your head up, stay strong.

well thats not true

he tells blatant lies to promote euro vehicles as being better than what the specific model owners say they are

VW Golf TSI fuel economy is the case in point that i site - long term reliability beyond the warrantyof the DSG gearboxis another

he cannot accept that anything contrary of his rose tinted view is correct - even when the info is based on other owners
