Have always fancied the z32 300zx, would be looking at a manual twin turbo, is there anything specific to look out for!

well if you can afford the 7 grand repair costs for the engine then go for it. a friend had one that burnt a bit of oil. $7 grand later.it still burnt oil. they are nightmares to work on and any "normal" problem to fix requires the engine to be pulled out and put back in which is a (14hour!) job.

someone looking to spend enough to get a tidy manual tt 300 would be spending double that $ to get a similar condition r32 gtr.

oh absolutly ,no doubt there, but a good r32 would be a better day to daydrive.(i am definitly no nissan fan boy here) I just don't like the thought of having to pull an engine to do a simple turbo re-seal kit etc

Its only going to be for a bit of weekend fun, I have a big shed and can do all the work my self so I dont mind buying one in need of some work altough I dont want a complete shitter. Just need to know if theres anything in particular that I need to look out for.

I regret selling my short wheel base/manual/targa/non-turbo a while back. Virtually impossible to get this combination now in goog nic with low K's.
