I just emailed Judith Collins about it.PC or not, I can't see how it is in any way responsible for ACC to have that image on an ACC website.People looking at that site are more than likely to be young school or teen age kids, who are very impressionable.In my view the implicit impression is "the cool people don't wear helmets".It doesn't take much to make something "uncool".
Making helmets "cool" is a much better idea.
There was an ad for the movie "Larry Crowne" a little while ago which also showed people riding a scooter without a helmet - in Spain they were fined a lot of money for displaying the same ad.
