not that long ago a horse theif was the lowest of the low & was dealt accordingly. These days ours cars do the same jobs, they get us to work, carry our gear, shorten travel time compared to walking, we take pride in some of them, go to great lengths to care for & in some cases put them on show. How the hell then did we get to the stage where a car thief gets away with a slap on the hand when caught, when in many cases families cannot survive without their main mode of transport & their car is usually the most (or second) most expensive posession! Im usually not the vigilante type BUT.

Name and shame i say. Had some lowlife by the name of Colin Fowler, steel the SPCA donation box from my shop. Got his picture off the security footage and handed it out to shop owners and put it onto notice boards around town. It got everyone talking about the lowlife scum. I hope when he goes to court the judge gives him a serious talking to. Probably wont sink in though as he is 40 and been doing this shit for years.
