Wouldn't be a surprise, many Germans stole ideas and concepts from Jewish Germans during and before WWII and claimed them as their own. Wouldn;t be a stretch that the worst of them all did it.

Hitler & Porsche "stole" (for want of a better word) the idea off Hans Ledwinka who designed the streamliner Tatras.

That won't happen.
There were many car designers in those days and naturally sometimes more than one designer was thinking along the same or similar lines. People have always borrowed ideas from other people and woven them into their own designs - why do you think all cars of the same era look similar, eg the american fins of the late '50's cars followed by the long, low early '60's look!
