I have read that the turning circle is aproblem and they are a bit thirsty. I see they have a 2 litre engine, arent they a bit heavy for that size! Any comments from people who have driven or owned them!

I think the major problem with the Cruiser is that you will, without a doubt, look like an enormous gaylord if you drive around in one.

The comparative torque would make for interesting reading then, and maybe gear ratios. Acceleration in the one I was in felt like it should be measured on a calendar not a stop watch.

Come on Ralphdog, don't be so harsh! I remember once seeing a guy in an MX5 with a wheelie bin on his tow bar! That lacked "standards"
