test rode a GB500 today, like the bike but it has some cam chain rattle. Are these able to be tightened or does it need replacing! and rough idea of cost to get this sorted! cheers

If a shop was to do it I doubt you'd see much change from $500.Parts if you were doing it properly are the Chain,,roughly a 100, the two tensioners/guides run to about 200-250 for the pair.then their's gaskets,,maybe another 100 if you don't reuse or make your own.Engine may need to come out,,You can do some RFVC 500/600/650 Hondas with the engine in but I prefer to take it out for ease of working conditions.Takes about an hour to get one out of the frame and onto the bench.then the teardown to do the chain etc.least another couple of hours.
