Oh there's answers alright but the limp wristed PC brigade will never allow them to happen.
Accountability for ones own actions should be right at the top of the pile but its far easier to be able to blame somebody else.

Very sad for the family. However, they are all nice around the family, it's around thier 'mates' that thier brains stop working. All the education in the world won't help if they want to ignore it.

berg, you been to funeral today !

Accountability is the answer. I detest paying ACC for idiot actions that aren't an accident, they are inevitable consequences of no one being responsible for their actions.

Impossible to legislate against irresponsible behaviour.

Not today. Were you thinking the motorcycle guy! If so I didn't know him.

This may sound harsh but.you let an unlicenced 14 year old drive your car and choose not to wear a seatbelt. I'm sorry but that doesn't sound like the actions of an intelligent individule.
Yes we were all young and stupid once but we lacked the PlayStation mentality where things all magicly improve with the push of a reset button.

I agree, cars in real life dont handle like they do on PS or Xbox.
Correct on the m/c guy,i knew him.
