You can buy stuff you can stick on, dynamat I think its called. Isn't cheap though. Or you could brush on some body sealer or use expanding foam inside the panels.

Mongoose Q-mat, Soundstream deathmat, Dynamat. Some people use roof flashing tape but it can smell during summer and it leaves gunk behind when it comes off.
