NOT UNLESS ITS FREE AND THEY DELIVER

howz_that, Mar 6, 7:48pm
If its got a good battery and a full tank of gas than its gota be worth $20. Scrap whats left after that

blater, Mar 6, 8:52pm

I think the model in question is a Cavalier. I also remember hearing that it was the bastard-child of Toyota and a U.S. car company. Chrysler! Basically a Toyota badged piece of junk. The 'Dog and Lemon Guide' is very disparaging from what I remember.

Yes $20 is a good price if it has those two only reliable things that a cavaleir can have, good battery and petrol.I suggest you find a large paddock and THRASH the hell out of it until it shites itself, then stuff a rag in the petrol filler and burn off the excess petrol.

Despite what some people say there must be some good ones.

ralphdog1, Mar 8, 6:23am
Do you make that statement from a base of knowledge or hope!

same as mitsubishi. but would you gamble i dont.

If you were ever going to buy one (god forbid), I would go for the facelift (year 2000) model as a lot of the problems were addressed.
The later ones also look a lot nicer, with leather bound steering wheels and trans shifter, wider front wheel arches, crystal headlights, digital odometer, etc.
